I clicked on over here from your personal web site, which I found after doing a search after reading our Marian newsletter! I graduated a year before you (1995), but I don’t think we knew each other.

Anyway… this post was especially timely for me as I have been thinking a lot lately about our first daughter whom we lost almost five years ago. Now we are grateful to have two wonderful daughters with us. I ruminated on the subject two years ago in this post: http://besquirrely.com/2010/08/31/sad-tears-happy-tears/

I feel like we are living (almost) parallel lives. Two kids, marketing/writing/blogging careers. Interesting!
