Mom Meets Baby

I’m Jacquie. That’s me on the left. I spent more than a little time trying to pick my profile photo. I ultimately chose this one because it showcases a little piece of what I consider paradise (aka Northern Michigan). Oh, and in case you were wondering, those are the Tahquamenon Falls behind me.

What can I say about me? Well…I love to write.  If prodded (and with a few cocktails under my belt), I’ve been known to bust a move on the dance floor of certain Chicago-based watering holes (and it’s not pretty). I’m a firm believer that if you set your mind to it, you can accomplish anything. I’ve been told George Washington is a distant cousin of mine. I actually married someone with whom I went on a blind date. I love farmers markets and summer festivals in Chicago. And I recently had a baby, and she has changed everything about life…but for the better.
